Smart-home providers
Return here whenever you need provider-specific instructions. Connections are managed centrally for the selected workspace. Devices are assigned to locations afterwards.
| Provider | Booked unit | Setup in octopancy |
|---|---|---|
| Homematic IP | One access point | Setup using a one-time key is available |
| Nuki | One lock | Connect an account and assign supported locks |
| Masunt Connect | One key safe | Inventory integration exists; normal setup and guest PIN workflows are not yet available |
Check the requirements
You need permission to manage connections. Using devices also requires an active subscription, the matching provider product and available capacity. Connecting a Nuki account is separate from booking individual lock capacity. A product appearing in the catalogue does not book it automatically.
Open Smart home integrations → Add integration. If the product is not booked or capacity is exhausted, the booking/capacity action takes you to subscription settings.
Holiday rentals: Name a connection Villa Aurora. Coworking: Use a clear building name such as Luna Campus. Naming helps identification; it does not replace device placement.

See device coverage for capabilities and limits. Masunt Connect currently provides an integration foundation; complete setup and guest PIN workflows are not yet available.
