Accept a workspace invitation

An authorized person can invite you by email. This User Invitation is separate from requesting access with a workspace code.

Use your invitation

1. Open the link in the invitation email.
2. If you already have a matching account, sign in. Use the email address that received the invitation.
3. Otherwise, register through this invitation route. You do not create your own workspace.
4. After registering or signing in, reopen the original email link when prompted.
5. Accept the invitation and open the workspace.

This registration does not require an additional six-character email code. The delivered invitation link verifies access to the email address. This differs from general registration.

If you cannot accept

Invitations expire after seven days. Ask for a new invitation if yours has expired or been revoked. Resending replaces the old link.

If the wrong account is signed in, switch accounts. Opening the email alone does not create membership. Acceptance also checks that the workspace plan has room for another user.
