Plan cleaning and maintenance

Before you start

Create the people, any service teams and the units first. You need planning permissions. An assignment can also be planned without control permissions.

Plan an assignment

Open the location and its service-planning tab. Start the planning flow, choose the assignment type and a clear name. Select people or teams, units and time windows. Add only the control permissions needed and save after review. For booking-linked cleaning, alternatively start planning under cleaning and maintenance in the reservation.

Review changes

Linked cleaning can move with the booking according to the selected policy. Conflicts may require review and suspend permissions. Fully cancelling a booking ends its linked cleaning. Independent maintenance remains a separate assignment.

Planning limits

An assignment does not create an occupancy block. Working hours and travel times are not scheduled automatically. Check people, times and order status in the overview; a saved plan does not confirm completed cleaning.
