Mobile use, workspaces and notifications

On mobile and desktop

The responsive web app adapts to phones, tablets and desktops. Use it in a browser on iOS or Android; installing it as a web app depends on your browser and device.

Switch workspaces deliberately

Select the workspace at the top. Data and permissions belong to that context. Switching from a detail or creation page opens the corresponding list in the new workspace. Save changes first. Multiple workspaces do not automatically share people or permissions.

Use the notification center

Open the header bell and, when needed, the full notification center. New personal updates and open tasks are separate. Filter by workspace and open the related item. History, archive and trash help you track information. Filtering alone does not switch your active workspace.

Browser notifications

Enable browser notifications in your settings when needed. Browser permission does not guarantee delivery of every message. The center replaces neither checking a failed order nor local smoke or water alarms.
